Why Run a Test Call

Before going live, it's important to verify how the AI agent works on your store: Does it ask the right questions? Does it show the right products? Does it create orders correctly?

How to Make a Test Call

1. Open your store in a browser
2. Click the call button (the widget in the bottom-right corner)
3. Allow microphone access in your browser
4. The AI agent will pick up — start the conversation as if you were a regular buyer

What to Check

• Greeting — does it sound natural and mention your store name correctly
• Questions — does the AI ask the questions from your script
• Products on screen — do the product cards show up with the correct prices
• Order creation — does a test order appear in WooCommerce
• Audio quality — is the AI voice clear and easy to understand

Test Mode

Test calls use minutes from your trial balance (120 minutes). The average call lasts 2-3 minutes.

After the Test
