How to Install the WooCommerce Plugin

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0+
  • WooCommerce 7.0+
  • PHP 8.0+
  • SSL certificate (HTTPS) — required for WebRTC calls

Installation

  1. Download the Slivo plugin from your welcome email or your dashboard
  2. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Select the downloaded ZIP file and click Install
  4. Activate the plugin

Connecting to Slivo

  1. Once activated, a new Slivo menu item will appear in your WordPress sidebar
  2. Go to settings and click Connect Store
  3. Sign in to your Slivo account — the plugin will connect automatically
  4. The AI agent will begin syncing your product catalog

Verification

Once connected, you'll see a "Connected" status in the plugin settings. The call widget will automatically appear on your store pages.
