• Creates a starter consultation flow tailored to your niche

What You Can Customize

Consultation Flow

Define the questions the AI asks buyers. For example, for a battery store:

• "What type of system are you looking for?"
• "How big is your home?"
• "Which appliances do you need to power?"

Greeting

Customize how the AI greets buyers when they call. Default: "Hi there! I'm the AI consultant for [Store Name]. How can I help you today?"

Voice

Choose the AI agent's voice from the available options. Every voice sounds natural and professional.

Fallback Behavior

Decide what happens when the AI doesn't know the answer: transfer to your team, offer to collect contact info, or provide a link to your FAQ.

Best Practices

• Start with 3-5 key questions — don't overload the script
• Add FAQs to the agent's knowledge base — common questions about shipping, warranty, and returns
• Test the script yourself before going live
