What Is the Visual Popup

The visual popup is what sets Slivo apart from other voice agents. While the AI is talking to the buyer, product cards appear on screen. The buyer hears the recommendation and sees the product at the same time.

How Products Get Into the Popup

1. The AI asks questions and identifies the buyer's needs
2. Based on the answers, the AI selects matching products from your catalog
3. Products appear on screen as cards with a photo, name, and price
4. Prices are pulled in real time from your WooCommerce store — always up to date

What the Buyer Sees

• Product card — image, name, price
• Checkbox — to select a product
• Quantity selector — +/- buttons
• Total — calculated automatically
• Confirm button — to place the order

Style Isolation

The popup uses Shadow DOM, so its styles are fully isolated from your site. It won't break your store's design and looks the same on any WordPress theme.
